I have called Los Angeles home since 1983 and have spent more than 20 years helping people navigate some of life's biggest real estate decisions. I live on the Westside, but I go wherever my clients need me, serving buyers and sellers throughout Los Angeles and beyond.

Before entering real estate, I worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Great Western Bank, later Washington Mutual. That experience taught me how to ask the right questions, analyze information, and develop solutions based on each person's unique circumstances. I still use that same approach today.

Over the years, I have helped first-time buyers, sellers, investors, and homeowners throughout Southern California. Today, much of my work focuses on helping downsizers, relocators, and homeowners who are evaluating what their next chapter should look like. These decisions often involve much more than real estate. They involve finances, lifestyle, family considerations, and long-term goals.

Clients often describe me as knowledgeable, honest, professional, reliable, and attentive to detail. They appreciate my communication, responsiveness, and my commitment to protecting their interests throughout the process.

I believe real estate should be built on integrity, knowledge, and respect for privacy. My job is not to convince someone to buy or sell. My job is to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions that are right for them, even if that means waiting or deciding not to move at all.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy exploring Los Angeles neighborhoods, discovering new cafés and restaurants, browsing flea markets, reading, walking, and traveling. I am a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, the Beverly Hills/Greater Los Angeles Association of REALTORS®, and I hold the Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation.
