I was introduced to Parnian three years ago when I was relocating and downsizing from San Francisco to Los Angeles. I’m incredibly grateful for that introduction, as Parnian has exceeded my expectations in every way, with her integrity, market knowledge, and exceptional attention to detail.

Parnian is not an agent focused simply on closing a deal and earning a commission. She genuinely puts her clients’ interests first. There were several properties I liked, but she identified hidden issues and advised me not to move forward. Over time, I came to trust her judgment so completely that I followed her guidance without hesitation, knowing that my best interest was always her priority.

After two years of searching, I purchased a property in a prime location, below market value, with significant potential for future appreciation.

I am so pleased to have worked with Parnian Noroozi when selling my house in West Los Angeles in late 2023, and when purchasing a home in Redondo Beach in June 2024.  She is the consummate professional who always works in her client's best interests.   I feel so fortunate to have had Parnian looking out for me and guiding me through all the practical and legal aspects of today's real estate market   Her experience and expertise were absolutely invaluable to me in selling the WLA house I owned for 52 years, and then in the purchase of a townhome in Redondo Beach.  These were two very different properties and two very different real estate markets, but Parnian thoroughly understands everything about real estate!
